You ignored the facts. Please let us know how your assumptions can be drawn from the fact that 700 million shares have traded since early May. The CEO would have to have issued himself 500 million shares to do what you are claiming. He would have to have made them free trading. He would have to have gotten a broker to illegally sell them without reporting the trade as an insider trade. This is a whole lot of conspiracy theory. Isn't it time to stop this nonsense and get back to talking about the company and its prospects?
Yes there is a reason the TA is gagged, they gagged THEMSELVES. Black had nothing to do with it.
PM me your email if you would like to see the response I got from the TA when I asked for the share structure. They clearly state it is company policy to not give out that info.
