Well, according to pinksheets.com, that dividend was paid on Nov 15, 2007. I know I never received anything and actually the only thin I ever received from my involvement with this stock is less money from the shares I bought and some small attorney consultant fees due to this "lawsuit". So many storys and no results...typical pink sheet ATM.
Also, I did a very little research on this new company that Imperia is "buying" and there is nothing about it. Not suprising at all.
