i would probably contact to WL, and offer some help with the web page, if i would know how to make it...
maybe he will be interested. you never know till you try.
personally, i would prefer to see rather new SEC filings, than a new web page. but who knows, maybe its just a part of WL's strategic plan - to keep some details not well exposed :) i guess, he is not the only one who is hunting for salars in SA, so there is no need to keep possible competitors well informed at the moment.
