Hi trax, we are lucky here considering sensitive stomachs. Our dog's don't have any issues with that. I switch their foods all the time. I don't switch the dry dog food, but what I add is a variety to the dry. Today and yesterday they got about 1 lb of mixed veggies added to their dry food, twice a day. I found a deal at the store the other day, 2 lbs. frozen for 1.78. Bought 8 bags. I always' add a little Black Bean, it's huge in Protein, and zero fats, as dog's are very prone to Pancreatitis, which is caused by Fat, and Dog's show NO outward signs of pain. In humans, Pancreatitis is presented as a possible Heart Attack. The chest pain/pressure can be just that intense.
That is why Amylase and Lipase are alway's added to a Cardiac work up in the Labs, to Rule out Pancreatitis.
Whippets in general have stomach sensitivity issues, car sickness, etc..... Not ours, at all ... {:>)))
