I'll tell you what I do get, what naked shorting is. This is a low float stock and shares are hard to come by when no one is selling on a run. Plus, Market Makers short first and then try to find shares to buy to cover. It is called "naked" shorting because they do not match up a buyer and seller or check with other brokerages to see if they have the shares to sell to cover their short positions first. They just need to find the shares somewhere to close out their positions within the T+3 settlement time frame or they get put on the RegSHO Threshold list. This is why the practice of naked shorting is becoming more and more regulated and many are calling for it's elimination.
