new studies are showing that the plaque load is relatively the same 5 yrs prior to mild to moderate AD as it is at time of diagnosis. If you can remove the plaque before the neurons have been destroyed and before patients become demented, then you can potential prevent or at least slow the conversion to dementia.
ElND005 is a bunch of magic beans. it didn't show any clinical effect and had negative biomarker results.. bapi is a much better choice.
