You can tell its not a dump.If it were just a dump we would be back where i bought it at 8. I called the company as any good shareholder should and can and although vague, it seems like they have something that is waiting on bureaucrats to give them the go on. My guess, they are getting some money. I also left messages for their PR firm today.
