Worthiness is a subjective term. I believe the judgement of what is worthy properly lies with JBII management, not random stockholders.
If the release of that information compromises ongoing negotiations with companies who are sampling the fuel, it would certainly not be appropriate to disclose it.
There may be other reasons why this disclosure would be inappropriate, I have just speculated on a reason that is plausible to me.
This is an open question in my mind as well. They are either producing a lot of fuel and storing it, or they have other customers buying a lot of fuel which hasn't yet been announced, or they are not producing anywhere near their stated maximum production capacity.
Also, remember that JBI stated in mid April that no fuel sales had occurred up to that time, although they've had permission from NY state to produce and sell all year, so obviously they were not running at full capacity in the 4-5 months time before the first fuel sales either.
