I was thinking the same thing. If it is the infringers,or half of them, maybe the terms of the settlement are still being worked out with the other half? To be announced together as a whole? Before the R/S? Every other company has made their license agreements public. What is up with the 1 billion gallons that Greenshift seems certain they have? Who is it? If it's the infringers, there would be no waiting for production to ramp up, it would be online right away. If it's not the infringers yet, how much equipment sales would GERS get from the new 1 billion gallons? Would some of the infringers convert to GERS' superior equipment as a new licensee?
Even ICM is now admitting that the patents belong to Greenshift.
