This company works on it's own timeline, not yours. Plans change and so do timelines. I'm sorry if your sour over it, but move on. PRs and filings cost $$$$$, no point in that if all you are doing is scamming, especially when you post a NEGATIVE PR two days in a row...why? Why not keep the scam rolling?? They could have been sellling shares into the multiples of pennys. You want a guarantee? Go buy a toaster.

No shares issued directly by the company can be sold right now per rule 144 securities act of 1933. This means that Parent, Medhi, Miller cannot sell their shares until the CE is removed. I think this rules out the possibility of an insider P+D because the run up happened while CE was in effect.

I cannot attest to what Parent told you in private conversations and whatever it was I cannot take for fact anyways because he never said anything to me that the company has not followed through on.

So...P+D is out...Company is doing what it said it would do...just need some time to put all the pieces together. I'll be buying and holding.
