Absolutely not - auditors don't due diligence on all those pr deals. Look at the 10k - it has far more deals that never materialize than it has actual deals.
They throw out those fluff pr's we don't hear a thing and then once a year in a 10k they say "we have terminated relations". It's all one big scam- they hype - sell shares - then send out another fluff pr.
