All the shares issued in Nov 2010 had a six month restriction.

I.E.- Trinity RX Solutions LLC, who actually owns the implant patent was issued restricted shares

Read at the very bottom, attachment a, "LICENSOR shall be restricted from selling shares for six months from date of this Agreement."

That is why the pps dropped after April, that is why the company has been silent since April

Same thing with FSPI and FSPM

Look at 8k's from Nov 2010, then look at attachments.
