Doughboy2, truth is like a cool refreshing glass of lemonade it tastes good on the way down.
The only thing that is embellished here is the continued stance of something that can not and will not happen successfully as one may have thought.
I, am not afraid to admit that I am guilty of the exact pleasure of assuming the initial position of the exchange, and yes I was for it, and would to this day still be a proponent of it if it was still a play.
However, hearing the words rang clear in my ear from James on last Saturday that there would be no swap i.e PP, it did sting a great deal, because it is in the best interest to believe what is intended to be good.
The only remedy suggested by James was that if QASP shareholders wanted to be a part of NHSH was to sell their shares and use that money to buy NHSH shares well that is what I simply relayed. Now, if in fact my words were meant to distort the intent of an action by another company would not that company seek to hold me liable for interference? (this would be quite nefarious on my part).
*The Only Reason And I will Repeat It Again. The Only Reason Why James has opted to not go with the exchange i.e. PP is because he Feels That He Will Expose Himself To A Play That Joe would use to his advantage, and he is not willing to expose NHSH to any form of liability. So, his next move is to convert the remaining commons into Preferred "A" Shares, and focus on the existing shareholder base of 547 into NHSH already that were victimize as a result of the former ill's of the shell.
Now, Why would I seek to undermine the intent of a man whom I claim I have nothing against if it is his wish to grant you an out, so that life can go on.
I, can state not embellish verbatim the terms of a conversation, without having to twist facts or distort intent to spin deception. What surprises me is that now we are going into Wednesday, and no one is willing to admit except a few that it is becoming more and more obvious that not one word I have said has been factually determined a lie how so?
