I assume this is a good thing for LLEG! There are so many twists and turns with this company I simply don't have the time to keep up with permit apps, approvals, etc. throw in the problems with the SEC and it's just to much for the everyday individual. I hope it's a good thing, tired of watching the share price erode and no good definitive news out of the company about further developments or the problems with the SEC.

Excellent find Jack. Shows the project, that MANY proclaimed to be dead, is far from it. With this new "pilot" program approved, the deadline can be moved and the deal still closed. The IPP's best be careful or they will be having to deal with the negative impacts of their actions for YEARS to come, as it should be.

Sounds to me like the "FIX" is in. No one can sue LLEG about Berlin, without naming the City as a party of interest, then you have the governmental immunity kick in. Of course the City Attorney will have to be a co-defendant.

Of course the City is going to be well paid for it's shield/interest.
