Altho the neurotic tendencies drove me a little nutzo on odd occasions, I have ALWAYS admired two things about you.

The first, in no particular order is your ability to share your inner mental and psycho-social workings as you mull thru your stock picking decisions. Essentially laying your ego on the table so to speak in these circles is an unusual, and zen-like, quality.

The other is your honest efforts to reach out to all, on this thread, throwing out some well thought out, home-spun, psychoanalysis, in an attempt to reach people, and maybe, push them along a little further on their path. Some of that wisdom does NOT go unnoticed.

WAITMAN, you left one out. The fear of selling after all this time... because that is exactly when something (good) will take place.
It has happened to me too many times to remember.
IE,
Sam:
Buys... stock goes down.
Sells... stock goes up.
