If $18,000 is the problem, I wouldn't expect to see wind farms or any progress during our lifetime. My hunch at this point is that he either delusional about the future or just blatantly lying to us in his emails.

We've invested our hard earned money in a risky stock- we all want to believe and hold on to any hope- but come on, really? This is just ridiculous.
