Agreed. But again, being that I know how to think like a CEO, obviously, he wouldnt be purchasing land that didnt make a profit. He knows what he has in concentration and how much profit there is to make with what he purchased it for. We just dont know yet. In due time we will know everything.
Most likely this is the start of the string of PRs he is going to put out. Most likely this is the small acquisition, then a few more, then the 10Q. He is probably trying to do a progression of PRs.
