May be a management change, a FDA approval, or a buyout by a bigger pharmaceutical company to trigger a run on CGTK? I think I mentioned it months ago at $2s lol, I am surprised it has stuck in this small trading range for so long. This thing is due for a pop, at least some of these are in it should run it up.
