So what? Having a disclaimer to hide behind doesn't make the PRs any less false.
He was wrong. Repeatedly. Odds are he's wrong about the 13 cents for 2003, just like he was wrong about 2002 and 2001.

He said he bought an office complex. That's not forward-looking, so he can't hide behind the disclaimer.
