latt...I beleive they were a few days LATE on the last filing, however '1955' called the accountant and they were already working on them last week, so I expect that, yes, we might get them early....especially if they are good. I would expect Jerry would like to get them out.

That late attorney letter has me baffled. Jerry emailed me two weeks ago saying it would be out....how long does it take to get a SIMPLE attorney letter out??

Correct me if I am wrong, but are you saying that the quicker let's say 2-4 people would put down funds into our accounts to accumulate the 750 to 800k shares @ the price of .0025 that it would help the push of this stock northward when the filings do come out?
