You do not have to be a shareholder to ask questions..period..


Who cares??? They simply ignore the question if they don't like it.

Asking the company questions is a joke. That is like asking somebody that is trying to poison you if something is safe to eat.

Gee, I'm not sure WHAT it is you don't understand. As is usually taught in grade school, the first part of an "and/or" statement is the optional part. In this case you can provide full name AND proof of ownership. Or you can simply provide "proof of ownership". You just can't submit a question without "proof of ownership" although they will not omit your question if you submit proof of ownership without your full name...which is pretty much a stupid inclusion to begin with since I can't imagine how you submit proof of ownership without a name or business entitiy attached anyhow. A clever further obsfucation however, despite it's total lack of effectiveness.

The company is preparing a frequently asked questions section to its website. Shareholders are encouraged to submit any questions they would like to have answered, along with their full name to [e-mail]. Submissions that do not include full name and or proof of ownership in the company will be omitted.

You of course DO understand that this is nothing more than a cheap and obvious attempt to get hold of names "and/or" personal information from people on this board. Something that is clearly in violation of IHUB tenets to begin with and in serious violation of basic common sense from any perspective. As a company, you answer questions based on their merit...not on whether or not they are going to expose your scam. Expo Holdings management will never answer a question concerning Form 3s, filings, real estate disposition, "shareholder advances" or PIPE funding with the slightest degree of honesty. They will deflect and delay. Doublespeak and diffuse. There will never once be a single FAQ subbmitted that will be answered to the point where a single element of knowledge will be passed along that a) wasn't previously known, or b) able to be vetted through comparison to a known, unbiased, reliable source of information. There can be no possible reason for the site than an attempt to gather personal information from who they consider "troublemakers". Get a grip...Expo Holdings management OFFERING up information? The company who won't release a 15 month old quarterly financial report of a single Form 3? LMAO!
