#11194 RE: PDOS4Life #11149

PDOS 4 life, price boxing is a generic term I used, but similar to what cellar boxing is, when a MM or trader is trying to control the percentage gain of the spread.

When I referred to price boxing, it was in regards, essentially to the tactics that AABA was using during the trading day today. AABA is a new Market Maker that I had not noticed on the Bid and Ask since I have been in this stock.

AABA it looked for a portion of the day to be trying to box in the spread of the Bid and Ask. AABA surely is being used from one account as I have not seen them before. Anyway AABA was dropping their ask to be the lowest ask, and then they would raise their bid to be the high bid. This way if anyone bidwhacked AABA was sure to receive their shares first.

Look at this post from a trader a couple of weeks ago that essentially admitted to this kind of tactic a few weeks ago. I watched this actual trade happen, this trader using AUTO put up a 1,000,000 block of shares at $.019 as the lowest ask, when the bid was also Auto at $.015 for like 500,000 shares.

Soon after the 1,000,000 share ask appeared someone sold a boat load of shares to the bid. Then almost immediately this trader posted this on the PDOS board.
