yes, a break out can be a 30% (easily sold position) and/or 50% 100%+ short term PROFIT ! .....
it all depends on what the catalyst will be

a third party promotion, a PR announcing a new contract or such

and ALL those people on the side lines just waiting for this thing to go lower,

which it doesn't want to do anymore ............ lol

and YES, all short term indicators are crossing the longer ones .........

so a PERFECT STORM is brewing here .......... if I have ever seen one !
