At this point, will this even matter? If I am reading the board right, hasn't the current management significantly undermined the company's potential (and their own credibility) by creating additional, unexpected dilution AND affording themselves protection?
The impact of more spurious PR and incremental membership growth seems trivial in comparision, IMHO.
