I would never buy shares in a company whose CEO gagged the TA. Never.
I would never buy shares in a company whose CEO filed a SLAPP suit. Never.
I would never buy shares in a company who let the phone go unanswered when the CEO was in court. Never.
I would never buy shares in a company whose CEO issued a press release saying he had made an acquisition when it was not true. Never.
