ya, but someone has to buy a share.the market really disappoints.DLTA is a debt free ,low share producer of oil and gas that has just drilled it's second of 3 wells on their Texas property .The King city ,California property is the bigger deal and I think their shoring up their revenues before a major campaign in King city is wise.
