Probably sold his position. If what I said is overtly political, I'm not seeing it, and it all has to do with the markets, because certainly there aren't enough adults in Washington (and captains of ships are responsible for their ships even if the little Ensigns and quartermasters on the bridge are the ones actually running it aground). Sorry, but there's one man that's the captain right now, and it's his economy and it's affecting ALL the markets, including the OTCs.
