'Briboy' - Nice to know you talked with Alex. Did he say WHY he Rejected 'FREE HELP' from Shareholders? I can understand Money Problems, But Surely he has enough to Pay The Transfer Agent. FIRST THING he should do to Move the Corporation Forward. We Shareholders can become RICH if Alex will Perform. If he MERGED the Corporation just as it is right now we still could probably get Rich.
