The company doesn't pay shareholders. Stocks are traded between investors and it's the investors that pay for your stock. The company has nothing to do with it. And no one is getting screwed. This is the process for an FS as well as an RS. it is completely legal and above board.
I personally believe they (MGRN) have more news to come out and it will be more than good enough to support a much higher PPS.

What's worse they have to mail the certs from the TA! LOL. This ran to. 05 and people couldn't sell!! Too funny!! This will trade above.03 once they begin mining. Jmo
