I am not giving advice, but that action is unwise in the face of the history, the new O/S and A/S counts . I am going to wait until after the R/S and with the same amount of money pick up many more shares proportionally. If you think that the PPS will not plummet after the R/S you are wrong. Only a few folks will get to sell their shares tomorrow before the BID collapses. The R/S will occur, the new shares floated by KK will be sold at a discount while those of us with old shares will sit and watch until the transfer agent delivers our new shares to us weeks after the R/S becomes effective. At that time you will be able to sell your shares as many will and others will be able to buy them at a substantial discount. This is going to happen as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow. So if you believe in the long term of this company and want a larger piece of it, it is foolish not let the natural tide of events help in this mission.

Skribe,
Slashnuts stated in his post that he would post the great news if nobody was savy enough to fiquire it out. It looks like someone was smart enough to put the pieces together seeing he never had the need to point it out for us. I personally have my fingers crossed that it was me because if I'm right there's a good chance our shares would be worth a lot of money if the float was to remain at 14 million upon the completion of the R/S and all debts cleared without a need to dilute for anything other than for reasons to create added wealth to the company and shareholders.

While I'm still dying to know the truth, the pr's and post history of others led me to believe that I'm on to something. For Johnathons case, I really hope I'm dead on regarding GERS.

I'm still puzzled on this?

"My Due Diligence led me to this opinion. On March 24th, Berkshire Hathaway (BRK-A) announced that they were going to buy Lubrizol Corporation (LZ), which was approved in June for $135 a share. On July 20th they announced that they’re building a plant in China for the growing Fuel Market…. They actually own factories in 17 Country’s, which is my lucky!!! The Marksman Trial was most likely cancelled and settled out seeing that I can’t find the documents backing it. The PR from Friday states they have 15% of the entire ethanol market with more to come by the end of the year and then a day earlier there was a PR regarding the EPA using their standards. The split is huge, but would be more than necessary to get to where it’s going. "

Is there a connection with GreenShift and BerkShire/Lubrizol or were you just using it as a type of comparison? I too think the settlement is possible because of the "won" statement.
Is this your answer to Slashs post?

Did Slash talk Buffet into buying GreenShift? Nah! just joking' can't be although I read that he kind of knows him. And he talked to the GPRE CEO before they signed.
