to be factual there has been zero dilution
via AS increases since february 2011 ~ the
last one done was almost 25 weeks back
on feb 1st and those shares were then issued
by the TA 2 days later on feb 3rd

this is the longest mgmt has gone since first
increasing their AS <mar 2010 and duly noted
by mgmt as to why via their expo website>

the 2nd longest time was from MAY to OCT 2010
which of course is when the co.s weeke router
went down

this info can be confirmed daily via checks
of both the NV SOS site and the co.s TA ~

To be factual they have diluted 2.3 BILLION shares of EXPH since last year and have sold off assets on EBAY. :-(
