#60188 RE: SeattleInvester #60187

Ok, all of this is speculation on our part. Our initial claim to fame was HD quality streaming. We had a movie catalogue and then came up with a "channel" construct that various channels carried genres of movies, sports, etc. Keeping a website up with the old ReelTime business model only made sense if we maintained our film library. Otherwise no need for a website.

ReelTime was mismanaged. It appears that has been straightened up by MG, for I see we have a valuation at 1.5 million. Additionally, Bev and MG had Hollywood connections. Don't know have valuable those are now because players certainly have changed in Hollywood and any player could certainly read the forensic evidence of this company. But, if they didn't burn bridges, that would have some intrinsic value as far as access to inventory and events.

ReelTime has a domain name and its publicly traded. If you are a company that was to be traded on an exchange, the process for listing can take from 9 to 16 months. It also costs money. So Enabledware could go public immediately by merging with ReelTime. Downside? We are nearly 12 months into the process that they could have initiated independently.

Value....well we could look at ReelTime's contribution to total revenue of the combined company and say that is the percentage of stock we could get in the new venture. From estimated values posted on Enabledware of 20-50 mil, that ain't much. Again, it's hard to find any info on Enabledware, so I truly question those sales numbers, moreso that their sales channels were through partners. If their sales were more to the 5 to 10 mil range, than ReelTime's value increases significantly. Sean expressed synergy in the merger. No need to say that if it weren't true.

My play? Reverse split or not...buy the company after the merger announcement. Just like BCCI blew up after the ICTN stuff, I think ReelEnabled/EnabledReely/EnabledTime should blow up too.

All of this is my opinion and SWAG (Silly Wild A%% Guess)
