mt77, How long have you been with VPER?
Good to be positive but no need to pump it.
If you see the history of VPER for last 4-5 years, there were no significant news other than BSNL updates, investment in Dubai and predicting better future.
I don't know what is holding up VIPER management to share news and progress on BSNL offerings, Dubai business plan and financials.
I am sure some good work is happening at VIPER but somehow their hardwork is not coming out. This is very good time for VOIP, Telecom and networking companies. This is time to cash on with innovative offerings and capturing growth markets.

Compnies website (http://www.vipernetworks.com/) is still not updated for last news of investment in Dubai's 15th floor...
Is it carelessness or not having time/expertise...
