Bottom line, who cares? It's over...or getting there. Be happy 'someone' was charged with ripping people off of a 'good portion of their net worth' Of course there may have been others involved. This isn't a murder. It's securities fraud in a pink sheet scam. They go after the top few. Nobody in their right mind would want the authorities to waste any more resources going after a few remaining cockroaches who may or may not have made a few bucks. You think when they drug dealer gets busted they catch everyone who ever bought or sold drugs to him? Would that be a good use of resources? Gimme a break. It's called priorities and resource allocation. Be glad they prosecuted anyone....
