GM git..you're way over my head on the fib and ZUP study!!...I am a bit more Simple than that I suppose...using ZUP86 I DO see a lot of reversals after it prints a .707 or .854 and bounces/corrections as it prints .618 during an obvious trend.Thats about as deep as I get...told ya I was Simple(LOL)...sitting here having coffee and running strat tester a bit using the Zup after seeing your post...kinda fun to study the action on a 60 min chart

Hey Git. I'm emailing you an interesting Excel spreadsheet that does Gartley calculations. Pretty neat setup from what I can see so far. Basically, when you start punching in values, it starts calculating the targets for you.

It's on the way now but here's a screen shot...

Here's a 5 min GU chart with all sorts of examples in it.

Since weekend spreads are still going on I set the EA with a 25 pip SL just to see if it can take the trades so thus the high SL markers. The first trade was a great setup and even though I had a hard-coded 25 pip TP you can see the real target should have been directly opposite the .447 fib where I drew the dotted line in white.

Several cases where it stepped up or down one fib or two in other triangles. So how the heck to know this????? A triangle's corners always equal 360 degrees so it can't be as simple as that.
