I've never seen a R/S on any penny stock that didn't tank ever. And this will be no different. They will start the dilution machine right back up on day one...After the split, rinse and repeat the same crap again. Especially with the SS.

IMO the news was bad--Will wait for the R/S to take its toll.
Possible "buy" after the split and PPS stabilizes. Ditto-the double on the L.E.D.--We will know soon enough.
