SEC had issues with financial reporting . The company has typical OTC problems, over promise-- under deliver--bad stock dilution, declining assets and sales. Maybe they'll pull through. I have doubts. Also the odds of them getting off the grey sheets are not as good as they and longs would make it sound. If they do, it might be worth putting in some risk capital. Tough to trade on the greys. Have to phone in your order. Don't offer to buy much over .006....

google Gerwin Schalk. He's a director with MTEK...I dunno how big a part he's playing, but he's big in the field..has patents etc/
