I ran across 2 Morningstar PR's that said the prev mgmt has 990 days to sell a few million shares.
I tweeted this information early this morning.
Check with either Morning Star or check thelion.com
Once the old mgmt are paid up and sent on their way, this stock will get on a good footing.
Could happen real fast. I am sure the new CEO Cheney wants to set a good impression with the shareholders and not be identified as the old mgmt.
