Right here JC. I'm guessing that Vick signed with MusclePharm after DEGH. Unfortunately, once the lawyers are involved, there is never a clearcut\timely decision (even though the breach of contract may be crystal clear)....not enough billable hours to be had by admitting the obvious. The decision will be Vick's. I would expect him to act in his own self-interest which would be to opt for the more lucrative deal especially if it will present a legal problem\bad press to attempt to justify the validity of both deals. I'm guessing that the DEGH "cut of the action" deal is potentially more lucrative than the MusclePharm deal and that the DEGH deal was cut first. Time will tell. If Vick wants to play hardball, DEGH can terminate him and let the legal process unfold quietly behind the scenes while they line up another star NFL player who might be interested in becoming part owner of something potentially very big instead of just another hired spokesman.

Question for Ulfahl...I'm looking at the background of the various DEGH key people. No doubt they have the marketing savvy. Adler strikes me as being more of a stock promoter (previous credentials include something to do with beauty pageants) than research scientist. I would think that, by definition, Fuse Science and the products it develops would require personnel with heavy research background (PHDs in the biological sciences with a demonstrated ability to actually do the science to actually develop the products they intend to sell). I'd feel more comfortable knowing who the lab coated eggheads are who are actually developing the products being sold. I would have thought a "Science" company wuld have some scientists already on board in key positions (and I exclude the recent woman that was hired....can't remember her name). Any thoughts? TIA
