I'm going to take a stab and say that the financing through Grant white was done via the covenants (5 or 10 bil shares) that have been mentioned so many times?

And the mil that lieberman put up was just to create a subsidiary to hold the land in (maybe that is the cost of getting something set up in Chile; ie a payout to be able to operate there; again JMO)

Then Lieberman sold the sub back to Mammoth for shares.

I'm just guessing out loud here.
