For the most part I bet WL is not saying much about the lawsuit because he doesnt want anything to be held against him when it comes down to sit infront of a judge (if it gets to that point). The fact that the prosecution has released the documents could be damaging to their case. Everything can be used against you in a lawsuit, even facebook comments, etc.
