I agree, it looks like HSN might be the company referred to, nice catch...and as RISS says about the large telecoms "we could get a deal to resell the data side only of their cell phone networks and have our mobile VoIP run over the data side of their SIM card. We only need data SIMs, no need for us to use the expensive voice side of the cell phone network".
everyone would want a seamless Voip line... PVSP
