This is the usual pie-in-the-sky.

The last quarter that they just posted has been terrible.
The current quarter is already halfway.

And now they allude to an unconfirmed deal that might happen in the NEXT quarter ?

How many quarter before VoxCorp becomes profitable from operations ? 5 ? 6 ??

Meanwhile, while the deals fail to materialize, there is HALF of a MILLION DOLLARS in brand new debt, that will be converted into discounted shares, that will flood the market, and push the share price ever and ever lower.


One of the many perverse effects of debt-spiral financing Convertible Debentures, is that, when the company announces good news, that's the point where the CD holders will chose to convert their CDs into shares, and drop those unto the market.

So they are the one that would profit from good nows, and they will effectively prevent the share price to rise significantly.
And they are the ones which will reap profits, since they get their million shares at a 45% discount, unlike normal shareholders.

September is a long way to go.... But if this product was sold at HSN they would sell thousands IMO.. Ojo phones are cheaper then the other brands and they look just as good if not better.
