FSB has been an industry standard for 10 years, and the memory bus is FBD. In other words, routing will be a snap, probably easier than an AMD solution.
Paul, I'm not saying Blackford is the ideal response to 2P Opteron systems, but at least it'll make some serious strides in bandwidth. Plus, like Beamer already pointed out, FBD helps keep the north bridge pin count in check.
