And despite the percentages you list, only a minute percentage of companies who have ever been suspended ever see charges actually come to fruition. Yes, a majority wither and die and rightly so as they were either already dead when suspended or obvious scams (which in itself has skewed the percentages dramaticly) and the management disappeared immediately never to be heard from again by their shareholders. This is NOT the case with LLEG. To date I am aware of countless investors that have contacted the company with ligitimate questions and querries and none have failed to get a response.
The fact that LLEG attorneys want management to remain quiet for the time being shows competence of counsel, not guilt of management and any inferrence to that shows a clear bias and agenda on any who choose to do so, as does stating that a suspension based on "questions that are clear as mud" is a "crystal clear indictment of LLEG".
FACT remains, at this level, there are NO SELLERS. The level isn't rising due to fear and will change immediately and abruptly when a PR comes out clearing issues and fears. A few shares being traded over and over to give an appearance of some volume is hardly convincing anyone that a selloff has occurred. To date, less than 4% of shares, assuning NO shares traded more than once, a HUGE assumption, have been traded since suspension. Hardly a selloff and certainly not indicative of a lack of support of LLEG and its management team.
Maybe when you refer to the hundreds of suspensions, you should weed out those stocks that were already dead(a majority) and obvious scams and P&D's to get a realistic number and percentage of SEC actions that were ligit and we will see the percentage of those who are NEVER charged with ANYTHING approach what level, 80%, 90%, 95%? Care to take a guess? Best make it a high number as SEC suspensions RARELY end with charges ever being filed against ANYONE. Just as most suspensions RARELY end with the SEC needing to take further action to permanently delist a stock. If its a scam, it goes away quietly.
I will pose the question to you as no OTHER has been able to answer this with verifiable FACTS;
What one piece of evidence can you show us, evidence based on verifiable links containing FACTS, not speculation based on the suspension or other rumors, which CLEARLY shows LLEG to be GUILTY of ANYTHING ? ? ? ? ?
TO DATE, not a single piece of evidence has been stated despite my posing this question over and over and over.
I'll continue to hold and even add more each week until someone can show me EVIDENCE of wrongdoing.
