It is a losing battle slick. How can anyone possibly believe the SEC would suspend this stock over question, web sites, cartoons, etc? And if this is true, Barty is even more incompetent than I have given him credit for, to sit back and watch his company sink and not scream his head off, over this miscarriage of justice by the SEC.
