someone does .. and it's been going on for
about a week now .. it's not me .. i don't *tweet*

i wonder if it has anything to do with
the phone call i got in today from an
sec employee .. time will tell .. that
was a follow up call to my *interaction*
a few months' back with finra's whistle
blower group and yep .. expo/exph was
discussed re: events from 2009 <runs/vol> to that
record setting volume done (and why) on 6/2/2010
to the 150M shares shorted on 11/29/2010 in
that 10 minute window .. and the *FACT* that those
shares weren't issued by the TA until 9 days later
to the present wash trading BS done on *some* of
exph's volume .. among other topics .. :)
