I don't like nor read too much into association studies of this type but when you wrote:

Cancer Risk Increases With Height

[Not exactly an intuitive finding, IMO.]

Fits my intuition:

more growth factors -> taller and more cancers.

Genisi's "small Ashkenazi women" study backs up that intuition to some degree.
