I understand... I'm just noting what happened from 2011-01 to 2011-05 and the similarities.. Back then, no one really knew, and no one really knows now... however, many of these assumptions were crushed when the 10-Q came out in May and 25% of the outstanding shares disappeared... and not just a scraping.. 25%.. That's HUGE.
