I don't know that I would say it is obvious, but I agree with you that it is GERS buying back. However, I openly admit that I am a newbie to penny stocks and could be 180 degrees off target at any point.
The reason I would agree with you is the fact that the ask has not gone up regardless of all of the buys at the ask over the last few weeks, but it can be dropped from .0002 to .0001 with 1 100 share order??? Come on! They can't honestly believe that were such idiots that we don't see how that doesn't jive with the normal flow of things.
To me, it almost seems like they are getting some sort of deal on the buy back from whoever it is that does it for them, probably because of the amount of shares they are dealing with. It would seem to reason that if they can drop it to .0001 with one order of 100 shares, they could hold it at .0002 as well for as long as they like.
My guess is that the 1 billion that went through the other day was their one-time buy back that someone mentioned they could do just the other day (someone correct me if I'm wrong please). Now we will continue to see them buy back the remaining amount in smaller blocks on a daily basis until they are done. If this is the case, I would also think that it is because the Markman hearings have already been decided and they know the outcome, however, we won't hear about it until they are done buying back their shares because it would probably make things more difficult when it comes to holding the price down for their buy back.
Like I said, I'm just a newbie here, and I am probably just trying to make myself feel better about the situation by making these wild guesses, but I don't think it is too far fetched, do you?
